CHRISTMAS DINNER

OUR FAMILY CHRISTMAS DINNER is Sunday Dec. 22nd at 3 PM at the Local 480 Union Hall (1//2 block from Sanctuary).

This is always a lot of fun so please come.  Please let Ken know how many to expect :)

FREE BOWLING

Sanctuary is going bowling FOR FREE on Friday Dec.6th from 3:15 till 5 PM.  Permission slips are required :)

Pottery Restart

Pottery will begin on the Monday after Remembrance Day.

Halloween Party-s

Sanctuary will be having some Halloween games starting at 3:30 PM on Thursday.  Don't forget the FUN FACTORY AT THE Cominco Gym from 6-8 for children up through grade 5.

GYM NIGHT IS STARTING!

Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7 PM.

15th ANNIVERSARY :)

Saturday, Sept 14th. Sanctuary is celebrating with a free movie at the Royal Theatre - Turbo 3D.
It starts at 2 PM, but you should be there after 1:15 to make sure you get a seat.  Cake afterwards :)
IF you've been wanting to donate some money to Sanctuary, consider buying a ticket to our evening Alley Bash - and get a lot of fun for your money.

School Aid is here.

If Ken has called you, we have your school supplies.  If you haven't heard from us, then a different agency had already put you in and they will have your supplies.
If you're not sure, give Ken a call and he can check.

ROSSLAND BIKE RIDE :)

Tuesday, August 13 at 2 PM
Be at Sanctuary by 2 PM with your bike in good shape and a helmet.  We'll start in Rossland and bike down the railroad grade to Warfield and then take the back roads into Trail.

SUMMER HOURS

During July and August we are closed for the FIRST two weeks of July.  Then we reopen for the rest of the summer from 1:30 - 6:30.

Social Services Students this Month

We have 2 Social Services students at Sanctuary for this Month.
Lots of park time, homework club, games, and PLANNING AND ACTING A PLAY :)

Pottery change

Pottery is now on for these last two weeks of April.  We're not sure about May.

Pottery

There is pottery this Monday, but then none for the rest of April.  We'll restart in May, so if you have any projects on the go, come this Monday :)

Pottery Change

Pottery this week has been switched from Monday to Thursday.  Next week is back to Monday.

SPRING BREAK HOURS

We are open from 1:30 - 6:30 Mon. - Fri. during Spring Break.
We are closed for Easter Monday and Good Friday.

RANT

We had many upset kids here after "Family Day".  In retrospect, this is a really stupid name for a holiday and it needs to be changed.
Of course a child would be upset if their "family" wasn't together for that day - and over half of families are divorced. :(

Remember we're closed on Monday Feb. 11 for the BC Family Day Holiday.
Also Gym Nights will restart in March.
