We are closed for the School Christmas Break.
We reopen on January 5, 2015

GYM NIGHT VOLUNTEERS

We're looking for a couple of energetic people who would like to takeover our Tuesday Gym Nights.  It runs from 5:30 to 7 PM at the Cominco Gym.  The children play a few games and have "free time" play.  If you're interested, talk to Ken.

SCHOOL STARTING?

Normal hours if School starts on Monday Sept. 22nd - 2:30 TO 7:30 Monday to Friday :)

SCHOOL STRIKE !

Sanctuary is open from NOON until 6:30 during the strike.  We will ofter a fortified snack around lunch time.
there is also a Library Club using Sanctuary from 9 AM until NOON for ages 5 - 12.  There are a few positions left so register at the Library soon if you are interested.

SCHOOL STRIKE?

If School is delayed in September, Sanctuary Hours will be 12 Noon until 6:30 PM.  We will still serve supper, and we will serve a fortified snack at 12:30 (with cheese or some other protein added to our fruit and muffins, etc.).

POTTERY

is on most Mondays over the summer.  It starts at 3:30 and goes until 4:45.

SUMMER HOURS :)

We are open for the rest of the summer.
WE HAVE 5 SPONSORED CAMP POSITIONS AT CAMP TWEEDMUIR AVAILABLE for either of the last two weeks of July.  Call Ken :)

CLOSED FOR TWO WEEKS

We re-open on Monday July 14th, and then we stay open all summer from 12:30 until 6:30 - Monday through Friday.

THIS WEEK - SUMMER HOURS

We are open from 12:30 to 6:30 this week during the strike.  We are still closed for the first 2 weeks of July.  This is the prefect time to call your friends and meet here :)

June Update

Tori has finished her full-time practicum :( but will try to come once a week and volunteer.
We are open during the strike action days, and will let children in after 1:30 if needed
Summer Hours - when we reopen in July, we are going to be open from 12:30 until 6:30.

Remember Tori's here for all of May, and then she's gone.  So come to Sanctuary this month for lots of park activities etc.  :)

Easter Hours

Sanctuary is closed for Good Friday and Easter Monday.  We will have an easter egg hunt on Thursday.
Next Tuesday is our last Gym Night until the Fall..

SPRING BREAK HOURS CHANGE

For the 2nd week of Spring Break, we are open from 12:30 - 6:30.  This is an experiment to see if there's interest :)

A.G.M.

Our AGM is Tuesday March 18th at 7:30 PM.  Everyone is welcome, and we won't lasso you into a job :)

Pottery Restarts :)

Alison is BACK, so pottery will restart on Monday Feb. 24th.

Alicon still ins't back from all of the Grandchildre, so I'm not sure when Pottery can restart.
Remember Gym Night.  We need at least 6 to go, and with Pioneers over, we shouldn't have any trouble reaching this :)

Flat Screen Monitors

We have flat screen monitors with built in speakers if anyone wants one.  Talk to Ken :)

Gym night has started again on Tuesdays as long as we have at least 6 who want to go.
Pottery is off until Alison get back in February.
